Hi Dev. That's more like it. I have a feeling the portrait of you is a bit closer to the real Dev. I'm also thinking you have a good eye, just as John has commented. But as with all things, a good eye isn't always enough. You need to know how to use it. Being observant and knowing what to photograph is a learnt skill. Your stories with the young girl and the magnet and the young boy watching over the water are great. When you look at these images decide what is important for the story and eliminate the rest. Then make sure the parts of your story are clear and well balanced. If there is something not clear or hidden or poorly placed the 'reader' will not benefit from your skills. Become the story teller. learn the art of the photographic adjective. You almost have me convinced to come and stand on the shores of the Ganges. Keep working on it. And they are not 'snaps'. That's what other people do. You take photographs. Well done.
